I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 36 years, with 32 years of experience in personal training and coaching. Throughout my career, I’ve earned and won over 20 overall titles, including the NPC Virginia Overall Title and two national titles, and I achieved my IFBB Pro card. My greatest passion is guiding,,empowering and mentoring others to become the best version of themselves mentally , physically and spiritually !! Mind , body and spirit . whether they are athletes, individuals in recovery, mainstream clients, or children. I’ve had the privilege of personally training celebrities, including Mike McCready of Pearl Jam and former NFL player Duval Love of the Rams. Additionally, I consider myself a trainer of trainers, guiding and mentoring aspiring fitness professionals to become skilled trainers and coaches.
